Does the one Pet Assistant visit my home?

Pawz & Me runs with a team of passionate animal lovers who work a range of shifts. Rather than allocating one staff member to a specific client booking, we all work between varying days to service all of our clients. This helps our entire team become experts in all areas of the business and gives us all the opportunity to meet a range of clients; plus, it means that if anything were to ever happen to one of our team members that would make them incapable of servicing a client, we have a team of other pet assistants who can step in and help!

My dog isn't a very good walker - can you fix this?

Throughout our walks, we provide basic discipline training such as sitting and waiting before crossing the road and we can also provide leash training for good loose leash skills. Often, issues with leash training may come down to issues with structure and training within the home, so we highly recommend booking in a Consultation with an experienced Dog Trainer.

My dog isn't very good at socialising - can you fix this?

We provide plenty of opportunities to socialise for dogs. We recommend any new dogs who may be a little anxious start on some one-on-one walks so they can begin to develop a solid relationship with our handlers before advancing to our group outing options.

Our Dog Park Adventures are a great way to get dogs making new friends and exploring new environments which can greatly enhance their confidence and independence to make them expert socialisers! We provide solo, one-on-one sessions for dogs who are just starting their journey of socialisation, or longer group sessions for dogs who have had plenty of experience making and playing with other doggy friends.

If your dog struggles with anxiety in new social situations, then booking a Consultation with an experienced Dog Trainer is a great place to start. We highly recommend the Team from Animal Wellness & Behaviour.

For Weddings and Pet Taxi Services, we travel NSW-wide and interstate if needed.

Will you come and stay with my pets at my home?

Unfortunately, we do not provide Overnight Stays. Our Pet Sitting service includes daily visits to the Client's home to provide love and care to their pets, with the number of visits being completely at their discretion. Do you provide boarding?

Unfortunately we do not provide boarding services.

Where is your office located?

Our HQ is at 19 Barsden St, Camden (by appointment only).

Do you work with aggressive dogs?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide Walks, Adventures, or Pet Sitting for any animals we deem to be dangerous or a risk to our staff.

I want a solo Beach Adventure for my dog - can I do that?

No, sorry. Our Outdoor Adventures are for a minimum group booking of 4 dogs.

I want to come with you on my dog's walk/adventure - can I do that?

No, we don't allow this. Our Insurance only covers our talented team, so we prefer not to take the risk.

Do you take cash?

No, sorry. We only take payment by direct deposit into our bank account. Clients can access all their invoices and our bank details via the Time To Pet Portal.
